Mitsubishi WD-73738 73-Inch 3D DLP HDTV
I bought this laid to exchange a Mistu 65 in DLP because it was non-3D. This television has a crest notch picture, fantabulous 3D capability, and a marvelous price.
The upside of DLP is an excellent picture, relatively slim size for a rearward projection, and a lightweight design. (the 73 in laid1 weighs less than my 2 40 in plasmas) The downside is that it requires a projecter lamp modify when the bulb wears away at a price of virtually $100. My late laid8 was four years old and I never had to exchange0 the lamp. They finally from 3000 to 10,000 hours of use.
After the firmware update on these televisions (they will either got that style young from the manufactory or can be updated by pluggin an internet cable into the back of the set) they can be applied with DLP Link style glasses and requires no emittor.
My solely issue is that for some reason, with the settings on “DLP Link” the television will not ship away the 3D signaling at each use. Every time you cycle the TV croak and then choke Mitsubishi WD-73738 back and desire to employment the 3D mode, I have to call up the menu, de-select “DLP LINK” and take “Emittor”, then switch back to “DLP Link” again to induce it to output the signal. I consider that is a software issue that I hope will exist corrected at the next update.
